The hotel was nice overall and of a good standard for the most part. The pool area was an nice touch. Some things let it down which dropped my rating.
The reception staff was helpful and friendly but the bar man was rude, unhelpful and had no customer service skills initially until I told him off then he was nice as pie. Not good enough as I'm an easy going person but even I had to say something to him about his rude behaviour! The cleaning also a let down as our first room had urine on the toilet seat when we first got there so we had to move rooms and the balcony and windows were dirty despite it being a new room. However the rest of the room was of an ok standard, bed and bathroom was clean and it was a great size room.

It was clean and nice. It was in a beautiful upscale neighborhood.
I booked a double queen room and the beds were doubles. Other than that it was great.

My problem was that my room was not cleaned after the first night. I called the desk and was told they clean the rooms every other day. I have never of this in all my travels. However, I did get fresh towels after requesting them. After considering the cost of the room, and political issues with immigrantion, I understand the issues hotels may be facing.
