The hotel is located in a very convenient location, walking distance to the train station, the mall, the hotel is located next to a decent shopping plaza so if need to grab some groceries, some bites or a great cup of coffee you are covered. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, courteous, respectful and prompt

Located conveniently near Northside Hospital which was the location we needed to be near.

It was available on short notice
It was advertised as non-smoking, but upon entry it smelled like smoke. The place is rundown and needs a makeover. The carpet was very dirty and appeared that even a deep cleaning wouldn't help. All amenities had to be purchased- iron, additional towels, plates, forks, etc. The lock felt like it wasn't secure. Everything was rusted and old. It wasn't as advertised.
