Location was close to where I was visiting. Convenient to some decent restaurants. Staff was nice. Check-in and check-out were easy. Always like the cookies and the water cooler downstairs.
Booked for four people, only got three towels. Had to ask the staff twice to get an extra towel. Our body wash was empty two mornings in a row, even after bringing it to the attention of the front desk. There wasn't enough convenient parking. Carpet in the room was worn and dirty. No vent fan in the bathroom. Some of the bedside outlets were not functional.
