Overall a wonderful stay

It’s a very warm feeling environment, very accommodating staff with a great location. You get your money worth for the stay if you get what I’m saying

i liked the friendleness of other residence they were so nice and out going

they dont care what their customers have to sleep in or even be comftorable for that matter. our door was kicked open at 6am and we had drug addicts knocking on our door looming for this person amd so on.

Most guests and the entire staff are extremely friendly. Clean comfy rooms, excellent guest service if you need something like towels dishes etc...

Several visits from Mt. Laurel Police due to rowdy guests...

there was a pile of dirt and garbage behind the door. the walls were dirt. and stuff was broken.

dirty is not the word for this place like dishes silverware handles on cabinets etc. the bathroom is peeling caulk around sink sink doesn't drain toilet doesn't flush well bug in drawers in kitchen. trash thrown all over in hallway right next to our room staff well lack of trained well versed in English lack of quality customer service skills, they do not I repeat do not cater to higher paying clients they treat the county funded people with respect and accommodate them first! the washing machines are all broken ! this place sucks it is not worth the freaking 128 $ we paid more like a $20 party motel at best! run run run from here!

The worse place I ever booked. It smelled so bad of smoke I left after 1 hr of check in and requested a refund.

Everything. Room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Found an empty beer bottle by the bed, cigarette burns on furniture, hair on walls in shower, bathroom sink was clogged, toilet would keep running after every flush. Guests also smoked right next to building instead of mandated 25+ feet away. Smelled cigarettes all day and night.

Nice facilities, poor upkeep and attention to necessary details.

Liked the setup with kitchen facilities and large desk space.

Utensils missing. No clock. Towel bar broken. Tear in chair upholstery. Shampoo, etc., containers empty. Coffee in laundry room not working, especially at breakfast time. Faucet in shower difficult to operate. in short, maintenance and preparation poor.

The location and staff was great but the room was not clean. It appeared as if only the bed was made. The stove burner was dirty and hair on the floor that was very visible.

rude obnoxious, disrespectful as hell never again

staff members did not speck English at all keep trying to run my card and my security deposit refuse to get back because I paid have cash app card and they said there’s no transactions of cash. Thieves.

Superb

The room was nice and it was clean, the bathroom was nice with lots of space to put your things. The tub was also clean with a dispensers filled with shampoo,conditioner and body wash for you to use. The kitchen had a full size refridgerator and freezer which also made ice. There were some pots to use along with dishes, cups,utensils,a coffee pot and a dishwasher included also a kitchen towel and paper towels to start your stay off with. Good amount of shelves and a closet with some hangers to store your clothing. No creepy crawlers here.😁 Overall it was a great stay.

There was only 1 washing machine available because the other three were not working. The shower pressure was light it could have been a bit stronger. The cable choice was limited. And the 100.00 hold added to the cost of the room. But you get it back when you checkout.
