Staff was friendly & rooms were spacious with great ac & comfortable pillow. Breakfast was good: the coffee was actually great.
The pool needed to be cleaned there were a lot of bugs & leaves.

The bed was comfortable.
Shower floor was very slippery. However, afterward staff indicated wr could have requested a mat.

I like the property after an altercation with one of the staff members at the desk.
I booked a handicapped room due to on availability of our regular room. When my friend took a shower water ran all over the floor and around the toilet. I wanted to use the toilet and now there was a puddle. Went to the Desk and a girl named Nana told me that I couldn’t change rooms. She said and the change could not be made. I had booked that room and she was yelling at me. I told her it was dumb and she said you called me dumb and now you have to leave the property. I said I did not call you dumb but she just kept screaming at me and said she was going to call Police and they would make me leave. Finally a gentleman named James came out was very cordial and understood why I did not want to be in that room. The floor is dangerous and even if someone cleaned it up if I took a shower, it would become dangerous again. The shower curtain was 1 foot off the floor and the water just runs out of the shower into the bathroom. It was room number 117. The girl acted as though this was perfectly fine and normal for Hamptn in Inn handicapped rooms.. James and a lady named Marie. We’re most very kind and considerate and brought me to another room. Also, while the argument was going on, a woman came in the door and asked if there were any rooms available and the girl told her no and she left. Apparently there were rooms available because they moved me to a different room.
