Room was very good but a few things seemed to have been used hard scratches on furnishings etc. The breakfast offering was good and staff was quite friendly. Walls were a bit thin as you could hear the phone ringing in other room, but overall a good stay.

We stayed at this item for three nights while we went to WrestleMania 40 in Philly. The hotel breakfast was meh, and we didn’t have hot water for the last day and a half of our stay. So much for a decent shower, am I right?

Renovation happening-pillows are comfortable- rooms was cool in temperature and the coffee was hot.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
I’ve stayed at Hampton Inns throughout the Country for many years now but this particular one was a cut above in every area but number one was the staff.
They were just great.

Nice, clean, and look like newly refreshed rooms. Rest of the halls and everything could use a bit of updating. There was construction on dinning area/lobby so free breakfast was a bit affected. Otherwise a nice stay with friendly staff.

The rooms were updated and very clean!!! Even under renovation the property was clean and ready for guest!! The breakfast was great and always well stocked!!

When we booked, we didn’t know the property was under construction, but other than that the room was very good; exactly what we expected.

This property was under major renovation, which they didn’t tell us beforehand or we would’ve changed it was noisy. There were construction workers everywhere. The breakfast food was in the wrong place and not extensive did not look clean this the food was not fresh and the ice machine was under construction. None of the workers spoke English and there was construction, dust, everywhere, and construction noise.

There is construction which was not included on the property description and there was no notification. There was no breakfast - they even ran out of coffee at 7am. I requested my room be serviced and it was not. Additionally, the products such as soap and body wash were emply

Staff is great but the place needs updating . The elevators are noisy ( my room was close so I heard the door slam each time ) old low to the ground toilets . Old & dirty lamps & shades . Pool towels ridiculously small . Just not what I expected at a Hampton Inn .

Property needs to be updated. There was a crack pipe in the parking lot and when we told the hotel employee he said that wasn’t the first time that happened. Our room was old and not very clean. The pool area is in need of major work. Do not stay here!

The male person who checked me in was pleasant hit all the other female staff members has attitude. Not at all inviting. They seemed higher by a simple request for a cot to my room for my daughter.

Front desk and Maintenance staff were very nice and helpful. We were not in our room 5 minutes when we discovered the bathroom sink was clogged. Maintenance came up right away, but it took over an hour for them to fix it.
While maintenance was there, we discovered the TV remote was missing the back, so the batteries kept falling out.
Maintenance guy went and got us another remote from another room.
Sheets had stains on them. Hair in tub.

Felt a bit run down (carpet ripping up in ourroom, broken lampshade) but very disappointing that our room keys didn't work when we came back from the pool with two cold, wet kids at bedtime. Three trips to the front desk later and a tech came to the room only to tell us the battery is fine and the person making them was doing something wrong. Rough end to the night with two young kids shivering for 15 minutes.

Excellent service. The staff very helpful at any time of the day. I was impressed, good hot breakfast (I was expecting a continental breakfast like most hotels). I needed milk at night and it was none at the vending machine, they went into their kitchen and got me a glass of milk. Staff always smiles and constantly asking how they can help from the front desk personnel to the maids and the handyman. Will definitely return and recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, there was a noisy customer who kept banging in the door and screaming in the hallway. However, staff immediately took care of the situation amd my family and I were able to rest peacefully froma long day of travelling. Thank you.
