The Staff member, I believe his name was Shawn was an amazing help. The pool and hottub area were great. We enjoyed seeing the airplanes out the window.
It was an overall good experience on the hotels part. The only things that could be considered not liked is the fitness area was closed and had some neighbors that were loud.

Most of the staff was great. I loved the Hispanic lady, I forgot her name. The AA guy was a not that friendly. But most of the staff was great. The facility had ongoing maintenance. My experience was great, the local was excellent. I caught the bus, train or sky train to the places to wanted to go to.
Having to pay for parking $20/ night and I didn't have to drive anywhere

Convinced of the location and facilities
Burger place did have any tv on and the vibe wasnt there. Hot tub wasn’t hot and there was only one elevator operating
