Breakfasts were very good. Nice amenities. Clean. Nice pool. Very nice complimentary laundry.
Room was near common area - inconsiderate people noisy late at night. Couch was over worn- uncomfortable.

The location is excellent for anything in the North Shore with easy access to the Edens and 294.
It is very run down and dated. It definitely needs to be refreshed and updated. The water pressure in the shower was very low.
