We loved the location—it was close to both the beautiful beach and the Loggerhead Marinelife Center, making it very convenient for enjoying the area’s main attractions.
The air-conditioning units in both the lounge and bedroom were very loud. We had to switch off the bedroom unit at night so that we could sleep comfortably.

The room was nice and big. The beach was very close to the hotel and the staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea were available the whole day. The were also ice machines
The ice machine in my wing did not work and it was a relatively long walk to the other wing, including going outside the roofed area and into the rain. I stayed for multiple nights and there was no effort to fix the broken machine. An incredibly loud alarm went on and off several times by accident. It was quite disturbing...

Arrived early, 1:35pm, told receptionist we are here and we are going to eat and she told us room should be ready early, around 3:30, we said great and left. Returned at 2:45 Snead told room wasn’t ready and it was going to be around 3:30 before it would be ready, I replied that that was half an hour passed check in time to which all I got was a sorry!!
