Decent hotel

Expensive and check in took a long time.

Very well maintained and staff were all very friendly.

There is no refrigerator in the room. Elevators are very slow and hot.

Perfect service, good professional staff

Breakfast is not enough - no vegetables available

It was located in a quiet place, and parking was manageable

I was disappointed by the lack of basic amenities in the room—amenities that are available even in many mid-tier hotels: 1. No mini fridge 2. No microwave 3. Significant gap under the room door, which allowed a lot of light into the room and made it difficult for my wife and me to sleep. 4. Poor-quality window blinds that did not close completely, allowing light to enter from both sides. This made it difficult to sleep in, which was especially disappointing since we were on vacation. 5. No complimentary breakfast, despite the relatively high price of the hotel. What makes these issues particularly disappointing is the high cost of the stay. The overall experience did not reflect the level of quality and service I have come to expect from Sheraton hotels, including those we have stayed at across several continents. I hope these concerns will be taken seriously and addressed, as this experience fell well below our expectations.
