Very good value for money, and comfortable suite with everything you need to look after yourself for a few days.
The surrounding area is quite drab and uninspiring. Also there was work going on inside the building at the time which challenged the physical appeal of the accommodation.

we did not eat breakfast
the beds could have been a little softer and definitely need new pillows. The pillows offer absolutely no support in my opinion.

The location was clean overall.
The WiFi in the location was out of service for the entire duration of my stay. This affected my budget seriously, I am an international traveler and I had to use roaming exclusively.
For the first night of my stay the hotel was overbooked, I was lucky to have a room. A lot of people remained with no accommodation, even the ones who paid, and it costed ~$190/ night.
The toilet bowl was broken.
The staff was rude, I asked for a laundry bag but I didn’t get it.
