The room was great. Nice size and fully equipped. This was my second stay in piscataway nj but I wanted to try a different hotel and I wasn't disappointed. And the prices were more than comparable
Although the room itself was great , there were minor issues. There was a used toothpick on the floor , and some type of hard substances on the longer part of the desk, almost like candle wax that couldn't be removed. Maybe minor issues, but makes me think the room wasn't vacuumed before I arrived.
I gave a 👎🏾 for the staff but it was only one person who deserves that rating. I checked in Aug 30th maybe 1 am and the woman behind the desk was RUDE. She made me wait before checking me in, was nasty when talking to me and answering my questions, and didn't even respond when I said goodnight. Horrible people skills. To compare, the woman that was there when I checked out, was the complete opposite. So nice, so I know not all the staff is bad, and my ☹️ is only for that woman who checked me in

Great staff and easy check in. Bed was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Stateside Bar and Pierce Street Bagels and Deli are great places and right across the street. Also good Italian , Japanese and Chinese places in the same mall.

The location was perfect
The WiFi was HORRIBLE NO RECEPTION AT ALL!!!In and out reception, phone IPad buffering the entire stay, even the hotel tv kept freezing. PLEASE SONESTA INVEST IN SOME DECENT WiFi! 3 days, it was ANNOYING!!!
