Needs improvement

I was upgraded to a suite which was very nice.

Some of the furniture was in poor condition (ie-cigarette burns). The walls were not sound proof and I was startled awake by party goers multiple times.

It was dirty and people were outside smoking marijuana. My family and i didn’t feel safe.

The shower didn’t work and the ac wasn’t working either.

Quick stay. Worth the money

Quick check in.

There was no trash can in our room but thats not an end all be all.

Horrible Stay

Nothing at all

Everything from cleanliness to comfortability and the Marijuana smell was overwhelming. There was a water leak in the bathroom from the room above. Also, one bed broke down and was unstable .

Great room but bad house keeping

Big room. Beds were upstairs in a loft. 2 bathrooms, fridge, kitchen, microwave, counters.

The stairs were steep. Housekeeping did not clean our room, change sheets or empty trash. They did nothing.

i have stayed here 1 time a year, last 3 years, because it's less money. probably not next year.

it was tolerable for a night. clean.

Breakfast sucked. there was none. coffee only. what a joke to say breakfast. The room is ok, but it's amazing that the bathroom mirror have yet to be fixed. They were mounted by a complete moron who set the top edge of the mirror at 5 foot 2, only someone shorter can use the mirror. That sets the stage for what a joke this place is. no breakfast only coffee. How can you even use the word breakfast. Lots of stray characters hanging around the lobby, poor image. Lots walk thumping, door slamming while I was there. walls or floor need some sound proofing.

it was very clean

I stayed for 3 days the 2nd day I didn’t have my cleaned in 48hrs house keeping sucked
