Location was great for our needs and we really enjoyed the breakfast bar.
Our suite had excess moisture which required noisy dehumidifiers.

Staff was friendly
The appearance of the bathtub it looked like large areas had peeled off inside the tub. Yuck

Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I really liked that the suite had a division between the "living room" area and the bedroom, so the kids were able to sit in there and watch what they wanted on their TV and the adults could chill in the bedroom. The area the hotel is in is extremely safe and not far from food options.
The way they run breakfast is a little odd. You go to a counter and order your plates there instead of it being buffet style. Ours was a little overcooked but it was fresh and hot, so wasn't too bad. You have to be sure and tell them at the register that you're rooming there though, or else you'll be charged. The woman working the register didn't ask me right off the bat but I noticed prices on the menu and knew we were supposed to get complimentary breakfast with our stay. I brought it up and then she said, "Oh yeah, give me your room number and y'all's will be free."

The front desk staff were very friendly. They had a nice made to order breakfast. The breakfast staff were very nice and that area was kept clean with great coffee.
Bed was very uncomfortable. The room was very humid and made the furniture damp. Only 2 towels were provided for 2 guests. So, 1 towel each. The rooms were not very quiet. Our neighbor in the next room turned on their TV at 3 am and I could hear every word of what was being said. We were beside the elevator so that was very noisy. The first room they gave us was down the hall so I'm sure it wouldn't have been as noisy but when we went to check in that room hadn't been cleaned.
