The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very nice, restaurants within the casino area were good food. Housekeeping are on call 24/7.
These was a very large deposit that was required that we were not aware of before booking. The aircon didn’t work very well. Further away from the strip then we had realised.

The gaming section everybody was really nice
Had a delivery made there was in the office for over a day. No one told me till I called.

Pillows and coffee were terrible, no conditioner, FD had us 30 minutes on hold and never answered, people slamming doors both nights, late at night and early in the morning, blackout curtains are not enough lots of light passes through!

The location, we had a concert at the same facility so it was very convenient
Someone came in to our room. Luckily the chain was on. It was very uncomfortable and we did not feel safe. The hotel staff and security did not give us an answer. Or anything that can reassure us that it was someone from housekeeping. It was not a pleasant night since it was on the back of our heads if someone was going to entered the room. A report was made of the incident and there was no follow up made by the hotel. That was disappointing.
