A good value for the stay

Location and value, close to main stores, big room and upgraded . Breakfast included (bread, coffee and juice.

I came first day and asked the person in charge that my floor was dirty, lots of spots that’s needs to be cleaned plus dirt in floor came every day for 3 continuos days and every manager in charge (all Indian) were really nice and told me they will send someone to clean but never did. Floor is dirty and with lots of spots. By dirty I mean lots of dust and dirt the moment we put our feet on the bed it was full Of dirt. I used one of the towels to show them how dirty the floor was and in 5 days that i stayed there it was never cleaned. Bed was not the most confortable and you can hear all novices from upstairs and side rooms

If there was a rating of horrid, I would have used it. Worst experience I have ever had.

We were greeted by staff upon arrival and were not charged deposit because we were local.

First night loud music started in next room about 11 pm. We notified staff the next afternoon in hopes that if the same party was there, something would have been done. Next night the music started about same time, we called office, nothing done, called again, music stopped for about 15 minutes, resumed for the rest of the night. Wednesday morning, dog feces were in elevator, staff didn't seem to care. Late in afternoon, maid came into room while we were gone, took towels, did nothing else, and we had to find her to get towels. Staff power washed outside upstairs and made total mess of our car. We had placard with room number clearly visible, so we could have been notified. I have made numerous attempts to contact manager, no response. He seems never to be there when I call, and I have left my number. Would never recommend this to anyone, and since I used booking.com, I will probably not use that site again in the future.

Awful!!! Gross area and rude staff

Absolutely nothing!

The front desk attendant screamed at us. The pool is a hole in the ground in the parking lot. There was a homeless woman doing drugstore in the parking lot. A crazy man walking by talking to himself. No.

Disappointing

The beds were comfortable

The stragglers that LIVE there. Walls are very thin literally heard the next room talking all night.

great accomodation highly recommended

loved it so clean and refurbished. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly

nothing that I didn’t like. I would suggest that a rubber mat for the bath do you don’t slip in the shower and a 2 seater sofa and coffee table in the bigger rooms would make the room more comfortable for those staying a few days.

Pleasant room / great location

Very nice surprise. Room had a lot of square footage. Very clean floors. Nice soft towels. Comfortable bed. Price better than el cajon hotels of same level but muxh nicer and well maintained. Bravo to owner / manager!

No water ro drink in room and temperamental tv remote. Ac only works when it wants to. Definitely recommend over wyndham owned hotels like motel 8 and days inn. Think the higher quality towels and bed was the decidng factor

Room was dirty, very old, needs remodeling. Too many people hanging out at night, , noisy loud neighbors didn't let me sleep. Room smelled like dog urine. Heater did not work, microwave was rusted

Horrible experience.

The room was not cleaned as there was leftover pizza slices in microwave from last tenant that used room before us. The tv volume did not work so it was loud all night as we asked for help but never received any. There was a cockroach on the wall that was alive, then to top it all off there was no hot water to shower with.

HORRIBLE PLACE!

stay away of this place! HORRIBLE experience. a lot of people loitering. it was 3am when I arrived to the hotel and I forgot something in my car and some one was out of my room! I was in 3rd floor. I couldn’t sleep after that. no blinds in my window I put a pillow. a lot of people smoking mariguana. trash everywhere, at 7 I check out!

Really a bad experience I had staying in Reed Roof In plus Chula Vista.

No breakfast they do not have The Continental Breakfast.

They have to clean the place and talk to the guests about no do a loud noise because the people want to sleep that’s why they pay for a hotel to be confortable.
