Clean hotel, free parking

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Northside of the building was quiet.

Hotel would not give me a receipt. Wifi was badly overloaded. There was not enough bandwidth or the system was overloaded. The hotel has removed their pool. The room was extremely expensive. The parking lot was very full.

Staff was friendly, we had a problem, and they did resolve it by giving us another room, but it did mean transferring everything.

Our first room wasn't completely clean. The bathroom was dirty. Dirty towels, hair in the tub, toilet paper in the toilet, and a bar soap on the sink. The parking is not easy to access, the parking lot is terrible with a lot of potholes be have to be careful walking, handicapped parking was further away than a lot of regular parking.
