The property was clean & well maintained. I also appreciate how the pool was maintained. It was kept clean
The black guy with dreads was rude. He worked the evening shift Friday & Saturday. The black guy who worked morning shift Saturday & Sunday was rude as well. Starting with Friday every time I left my room & came back I had to get the key reprogrammed. Annoying but didn’t make a big deal of it. Then, the tv in my room stop working. I let staff know & they put us in another room. Here’s where the bs started. Once were placed in another room & my husband stepped outside to get something from the car the black guy with dreads & the white guy who came to see what the issue was with the tv knocked on my door & the black guy with dreads stated there was A LOT of hair left on the bathroom floor & stains on the comforter. First of all my hair was done, my children have locs & my husband has short hair so I was confused on where A BUNCH OF HAIR as he stated came from & then he proceeds to say we damaged a comforter & will be charged $250 & possibly put out. My son did drop a piece of chicken on the comforter but it didn’t leave $250 worth of damage. That made me uncomfortable because why did 2 male workers wait until my husband stepped out to come to my door with the threats & false accusations. Moving forward to Saturday morning. Im having the same issue with needing the key reprogrammed every time I leave my room & come back. I presented the problem to the front desk & he was rude & snappy about the situation. I would also like to make it clear that all staff wasn’t rude. Just the few i mentioned.

Everything! Very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Amenities were great. Especially, appreciated the general store, restaurant/bar, and Keurig in my room.

Remote for tv didnt work ironing board was broken, tub faucet was dripping constantly, pool area seemed a bit outdated
