Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Tampa-Anderson Road-Veterans Exp by IHG

The location is close to a major shopping mall, the citrus park mall. Close to a Walmart super center and other shopping centers. The staff were extremely polite and helpful! The front desk staff in particular were very professional and friendly! Great customer service.

The breakfast was super repetitive which granted can start to feel boring after a few days!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my family had everything we needed. They gladly provided extra towels, washcloths, and sheets, and I really appreciated that they had a baby crib ready for my baby girl. Breakfast was fresh with a great variety, and everyone we met was so friendly. We even had the chance to chat with other guests who were so kind to my babies and my family. One of my favorite little details was the Dove soap and body wash in the room. It may seem small, but it made the stay feel even nicer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly didn’t want to leave.
