I stayed in this location close to a decade ago and was excited to return because I recalled what a fantastic job they did of keeping the place clean and how kind the staff were. The staff were as I remembered but the cleaning of the room could use some adjustments.
The carpets in my room were wet when we checked in. I made the mistake of taking my shoes off and my socks were soaked through. It made my first night uncomfortable. The room was very humid and the scent of the cleaner bothered my breathing. We asked the front desk what could be done and were provided with a fan to air out the room. The staff were very friendly but I was surprised more wasn’t done to dry the carpet before our arrival. Was
