We loved the Alabama decor and the lobby is very welcoming. All the staff we encountered were friendly. Tomeka at the front desk was amazing! The rooms smelled really nice. It was one of the best hotel stays we have had.
Our only complaint was an issue with the elevator. The staff did their best to accommodate.

The hotel is probably my favorite in Tuscaloosa so far. It was very clean and comfortable.
Beware of the breakfast: When you think you’re having a nice continental breakfast, and then you get hit with a $17.50 check per person. There is a sign but all three of our party did not see it until we were looking for it after the fact.

Honestly, this was just a quick stop through on a road trip serviced it's purpose and did what it needed to do. It was a really good looking hotel.

Location, cleanliness, and front desk staff
Lighting in room is extremely inadequate.
DIY breakfast bar like at other Hilton properties was sorely missed. Belgian waffles were Belgian in name only
