Staff other than manager. Very kind and helpful.
Manger at the site was very rude when i first came. I said requested early check in and he rudely pointed to the sign that check in was 3pm. I said i requested it both in my original booking and had called in the night before. It was due to disability. He said i have to pay an extra fee like i didn't know that. I aid i am aware. ( i accepted online!) Then he checked the system and suddenly became nicer. Foolish. Other staff were great and very helpful. He also t told me to connect to the poorer wifi and the evening receptionist gave me the password for the better wifi.
