Super clean and friendly.

We loved everything about our stay. The rooms were nice, clean and stayed nice and cool. The staff was always friendly. The breakfast options were great and fresh.

The only reason I would have to complain is the cost for the one night.

Awesome staff, clean room will definitely stay here next time I'm in the area!

Breakfast as delicious, room was nice and clean the staff was all friendly and made sure everything was great

We had a problem with the microwave in our room not working, but was able to use the one in dining room. Until maintenance was able to fix it.

This is the place to stay in Independence...

Everything!!! Friendly staff, yummy breakfast and terrific accommodations. Next time I need a quick room or stay cation, I'm going there.

Only one desktop computer but it wasn't an issue.

the bed was comfortable, I requested a handicap room, it was a very nice room. The couch could of used a good cleaning.

I didn’t know about the Rewards program. we rented our room from Wednesday through Saturday and we didn’t have maid services our entire stay. at checking the lady said, since you went through a third party to rent your room we have to charge you a 25.00 fee for incidentals, then we will give it back to you only if there are no charges to your room.

The room was clean.

The rooms I had booked through Booking.com were not what I was given. The building and grounds were run down. The breakfast was limited. Considering one in our party had his window busted out of his truck, I'd say the area was less than safe. There were a total of six vehicles vandalized that night.

I attended a conference at another location and the Hotel was very comfortable .

There was no breakfast buffet however the Jimmy Dean biscuit and the pancakes were enough.

There were no scrambled eggs and buffet breakfast. Not sure if this is because of COVID ?

I would never go back to that hotel and will avoid Holiday Inns from now on.

We were there for the Harry Truman Library so the location was good. However, the breakfast was not that great - just adequate.

The staff was very unfriendly, we were sent to a room with no phone, the bed looked like someone didn't know how to make it, the toilet was broken, the shade had holes in it. I asked to change rooms which they were accommodating about but we never should have been given keys to a room that bad.

the location was perfect!

The property did not have the room I booked. the originally had me an a entirely different room, I had to argue to have a double queen room for my daughter and I.

Very good

They worked with us to fix the mess up on our reservation. We slept Comfortable and room was clean.

They didn't have the rooms we reserved and one of the rooms was suppose to have a roll in shower that was handicap accessible.

Would definitely stay at this hotel if I'm in the area again.

Breakfast was good. Hotel room was very nice and spacious. Beds are nice and large, very comfortable.

Noisy guests during quiet time of between 10pm and 6am. And multiple parking spots taken up at the front by one vehicle with a trailer attached. Should have a designated area for travel trailers.

We didn’t eat the breakfast because it was pretty scant.
