It is very far from downtown Boston. You have to have a car to stay there—no public transport.

The room didn't have hot water. When taking a shower it was cold. When telling the staff the comment was" you should have called". No sorry or positive comment. I had to leave for appointment and no time for staff to fix hot water. My wife did not get a shower. I would expect hot water.
