The location and cleanliness. The comfortable and spacious room. Quiet and cozy.
We got there at 3:50pm and they told us our room wasn't ready. We got into our room about 4:20 or 4:30 not very happy about that.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We originally booked through Booking.com because we needed a suite with a separate living room and sofa so my dad could sleep comfortably in a separate area. Unfortunately, upon arrival we discovered that the photos displayed on our reservation did not match the room type we had booked. The pictures showed a separate living room, kitchen area and bedroom with a door while the actual room was an open studio with the sofa directly across from the bed.
Although this was a frustrating situation, Suzanne Tolbert, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to help us. Even though the hotel was fully booked, she took the time to find a solution and kindly moved us to the suite we had originally expected at no additional cost. We truly appreciated her understanding, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate our needs.
Aside from this initial misunderstanding, everything about our stay was excellent. The rooms and facilities were very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the gym was well maintained. The location was also excellent.
We truly appreciated the hotel’s hospitality and the way the situation was handled. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service!

Location was good, Lots of restaurants and shopping areas around. Rooms would be great if updated/cleaned better.
Breakfast could have been better as there was not selections available due to lack of preparation and machines were broken to limit choices. Scrambled Eggs were very runny or not even available.
Rooms were very dated and could have been cleaner. Basketball court rims were broken.
