Never again.

The location.

The staff were under renovations. Only 1 elevator worked so it was long hold times on the elevator. The room smelled of mildew.

First night AC was not working...staff didn't do anything to accommodate us in another room ...we had to wait until the following day so they could fix the AC....we called the front receptionist and had to wait for the following day..room super hot and muggy...no trash can...no towels...no iron

I didn’t like my son bed have ants and the toilet seats moving and it take me waiting for long time for elevator to go down. Restroom down main lobby, no toilets paper.

It was decent but I would not book here again.

Room cleaning and service was good. Room design with the Sofa and pantry was great.

The wifi did not work at all. I lost most of my phone data during my stay. The hotel premises needs to have a water bottle filling station or the hotel needs to provide atleast 2 bottles of water to the room every day of the stay. I had to buy water while I stayed there and I feel drinking water is a basic necessity and should not need to be paid for separately in a hotel stay. The breakfast buffet service is running slower than the demand during the breakfast hours. The staff was unable to smoothly manage the number of guests that come down for breakfast at the same time and it resulted in crowding and long waits at counters that needed refilling. Also, the breakfast space can be expanded to accommodate the number of people that stay at the hotel. Several guests were unable to find a place to sit for breakfast.

It was good enough for 2 nights.

The room was a good size for our family and the location was close to things.

The breakfast could’ve been way better and there was no room for anyone to sit for breakfast if you wanted to eat down in the lobby. There was a bug in our room but that can happen anywhere.

Pleasant

Very spacious and comfortable beding, look fancy but with a bit of wear and tear.

The fact that due to us booking with third party the room wasn't guaranteed, when I arrived they told me that did have rooms available. Then they offered a room that, but it had stains on the carpet. I had no choice but to get it. I needed double beds. It just wasn't good that I paid for a good room and I had to settle for a dirty one.

I didn't like the breakfast, and the bed sheets were dirty the AC was making noises I turned off in the middle of the night.

Relaxing and Enjoyable!

Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Our room was very quiet. Loved having the comfortable sofa with foot stool in room. The TV swiveling to have the option to watch on bed or on sofa was nice. Having large size bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash provided in the shower was a plus. Breakfast was a great selection with hot and cold food items. Along with a selection of cold and hot beverages provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. One Elevator was out of service, but we didn't have long wait times for the elevator. Location is great as well to get on I-10 close to Six Flags, RIM, UTSA, La Cantera Mall, Medical center and straight shot downtown.

We didn't have time to check out the pool.

A very nice clean comfortable place to stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The facility is always clean, and is located near lots of eating options. The Shower had plenty of hot water and pressure.

I've stayed at this facility in the past and this time the price had increased tremendously. I almost didn't book because the price wasn't competitive with other options, but ultimately we stayed because we knew the location was nice. The price increase may have been because the time of our last visit was Spring Break for many people. The breakfast options were a lot less than on previous trips. Still a nice breakfast, but lacking a lot of options.

Location was perfect for what we wanted. Parking area was also great with a good amount of spaces.

The elevator was the worst. We waited for 5 minutes once just to go to 1st floor. The carpets smelled like cleaning was overdue.

Location is great there is a great barbecue restaurant next to the hotel, and rooms are big and nice.

At the check in they did charge me $15,00 USD extra and they said they will get it back to you after checking out, that didn't happen, so looks like they keep they money from every checking in, who know what they do what that money.

the staff - from the front desk to the people working the breakfast area. in particular, Suzy was excellent and she came to table at breakfast and asked how our stay was and what Hyatt could do to make our stay more memorable. We have never had someone do this before so Suzy is definitely a keeper 😊

the washroom was a tad tight.

loved the location from medical center. nice breakfast options with plenty of seating for my family. love the room layout. very spacious

hair balls found on bed sheets. no microwave available to reheat leftovers.
