Front desk attendant was very helpful with offering extra blankets since room heater wasn't working.
Morning coffee in lobby was great, but very strong!
The heating/air conditioner unit in our room was not working. Front desk attendant came and looked at it, but he apparently didn't have the knowledge to fix it.

No breakfast
The beds weren't that comfortable , people were hanging out around the main door ,I believe were staff like they were waiting for something.
