Lady that worked Saturday and Sunday morning was condescending and not helpful.

The rooms were nicely updated and the beds were amazing comfortable.
I didn’t like that the pull out sofa has no mattress cover nor was it ready for use. I also didn’t like the fact the charge a $150 deposit for the room on top of full payment.

Location to downtown cleveland good
Room was not that clean. Air conditioner noisy, no cleaning service for spending 2 nights Did not even make bed or clean towels. Ice machine broke and soda vending machine empty. Called front desk and they told us to go 5th floor for ice and go over to Candlestone behind them to get soda. We were put in the hall of their convention sellers and it was noisy all night with them selling out of their rooms. I was given a $30 credit against my bill, but would not stay there again. I was told by desk when I checked out that they do not do room service for an overnight stay. We stayed two nights. Not just overnight.

The location was excellent for the short drive to Cleveland Lake Erie location as well as downtown. The hotel has all the amenities and great destinations to relax and rejuvenate!!!

Shell at the front desk was amazing, friendly and informative. Our room was comfortable and clean and quiet.
The only complaint we had was the bar wasn’t open during our stay and neither was the coffee bar the next morning. Otherwise an excellent stay.

Used the pool and it was nice! Fun to swim while watching the snow outside!!!
Beds were comfy and plenty of pillows and blankets/linens.
Quiet and felt safe and welcome!
No problems, we rented a room with a king bed and pull out couch and when we got there, there was no couch!!! The front desk fixed that immediately and moved us to a two bed room!!! They were quick and accommodating!

Clean and basic. Close to the Cleveland Clinic Marymount Hospital and good choice of nearby restaurants.
It’s an older building. The bathroom is updated with older fixtures, room carpet seemed old.

Breakfast and Location were excellent
We arrived before the 3:00 pm checking and were not allowed to use the swimming pool because we didn’t have a room key yet! We were traveling with our school age grandkids and they were very disappointed. As a result they could only use the pool for 45 minutes before getting changed for dinner. Likewise after we checkout we were not permitted fo use the pool. During our stay there were no other guests using the pool.

Hotel is tired and slightly run down. Decoration is poor and drab. Room not cleaned or checked by staff in 3 night stay. Breakfast buffet was dire.

Breakfast was a buffet on wkends and 630 to 10 on wkdays. The best thing i liked was we were with friends of 55 years !!! Kristine in housekeeping was the best and deserves an atta boy !!! I mean atta girl !!!
Roll in shower had nothing to stop water from rolling out and on the bathroom floor. My wife was in a wheel chair and room was almost to the end of the hallway from lobby. Breakfast from 630 to 10 on weekdays .Booking said king/roll in shower. No such thing at hotel. Queen /roll in.No shuttle from airport,$38. to get there and $49. to return 2 shuttle vans parked in the parking lot !!!!!
