Rooms and welcome lounge was very nice

A little farther then downtown then I thought, but that’s a personal things. Property I thought looked maintained for late December

Very nice, comfortable hotel near alot

The space in the room was large and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was very nice. Big fan of egg sandwich.

The a/c in the room was very loud, thank god we had ear plugs otherwise we could not sleep. A little mold in shower.

It was one of the best chain hotels we have stayed in!

Very clean and updated. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

The pool seemed a little unsanitary and the breakfast wasn’t great but still loved the hotel

Very clean, welcoming and yummy breakfast is always a win in my book.

The free breakfast was amazing for the value. The room was a decent size for our family of 5 +baby. The staff is very helpful. The walk-in closet came in clutch. The workout room was awesome too.

The scent of the air freshener or cleaning product in the lobby/1st floor was a little offputting. The pool is a little small but sufficient. And the sliding bathroom door in the suite does not have a locking feature which is a little uncomfortable but it's okay.

even though breakfast was being served until 10am, everything was empty before 9am. when items were refilled, the items that went with them were not----2 pots of coffee ran out, when refilled, creamer never got refilled.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool was great for the kids.

The bathroom door have a window meant that whenever anyone used the bathroom at night, every one was woken up.

Bed was hard and they need t clean the bath rooms with bleach but it was ok

Horrible credit card charging policy, we will not return there.

Staff were very very kind and accommodating.

Our room rate was $189/night. When we arrived we told staff we plan to check out Saturday, 3 nights. The next morning our credit card was billed $1200. The charge is still there. We asked them to refund the excess of $700. The $1200 charge has not been rectified.
