Customer Service was perfect as well as the location.
The rooms was clean and presentable HOWEVER the carpets needed shampooing so we kept out crocs and slippers on while in the room, also the internet kept going out. There’s was a anote posted saying if having problems with internet ti call the service provider and not the front desk.

That your rep said the $50 deposit would be returned when we checked out and now they are saying 5-10 business days. It has left me with an overdrawn account and no way to get home from Oklahoma.

How i was able to book a room in a matter of minites staff was welcoming and when my partner showed up as we drove seperatre cars, they checked before allowing them tio walk down the hall that showed great safty protacals in place
The bathroom did not have a shower liner in it so when the shower was used the floor became extra wet and extremly slippery as if i felt like i was going to fall and that was dangerus.
the bed was to firm
