Accessible and a decent price
It seemed like a thrown together construction. Floors were un level, no air conditioning in the hallways to rooms. The pool was not well maintained with green stuff growing in it and turbid water. The grounds outside were not well maintained. Birds eating out of full garbage cans and scattering trash around the grounds.
