the room was not expensive good value, and it also included breakfast. many options were available.
the main elevator was not working and used the service elevator was a bit of a journey to get ice.

The room was clean and comfortable. Large lobby. Easy access to pool. Pool was warm.
check in was late. Room didnt have the couch and microwave that it was supposed to.

The location. Indeed, i didn't stay myself but arranged the stay for my about 20 guests. Since the hotel was the venue for my daughter's marriage reception event, hence it was the best place to arrange stay of my guests.
The staff messed up some of the guest check-ins, though I personally went to the hotel and gave clear instructions, and also emailed as requested that I will bear all the expenses. Despite this, some of the guests had difficulty checking in. One of the guests was not allowed to check in, though we got the approved guest name changed by booking.com (had a hard copy of the approval), but the hotel said they did not receive any information from booking.com. I don't know whose at fault, but to avoid the embarrassment, I checked her into a new room with extra money. Due to such incidents, I had to shell out extra money to instantly book extra rooms, despite confirmed bookings. I did not have enough time to argue as I have to be at the event and return to my place of work.
