Never again!

The convenience to the highways, the cleanliness of the lobby and breakfast area. The mattresses were decent in comfort.

The room was not cleaned or tidied up during my stay even after several requests were made. The drapes were falling from the rod and they were very dirty, both chairs in the room were very very filthy. We had to cover them with linens to sit on them. The armchair needs to be disposed of (TRASHES)! The tub/shower was very dirty with rust and/or mold around the rim, the tub and the sink had a very slow drain which was an indication of clogging! We had to shower in standing water (GROSS). The towels had stains. Garbage and old food wrappers were left behind the night table. Our garbage, which included food containers) were not picked up during our entire stay! The carpet throughout the first floor of the facility was dirty, old and filthy and smelled awful! Some of the staff had a very nasty (I DON’T WANT TO BE HERE) attitude. Needless to say, NEVER AGAIN!! One good thing: the refrigerator was cold (which is rare)!

It got the job done.

The bed was comfortable. I slept like a baby. There were no bed bugs or loud guests.

They had no microwave in room but did have one on property. Vending machine should be cash and card acceptable. Ice machine was broken. Even though they served breakfast they had no utensils available for guests. But overall was a good night.

Too much people traffic in and around the facility late, and the elevator was not cleaned properly

Never again!

It was a roof over my head and of the two staff members that I interacted with they were very nice.

This property is old, dated, and dirty. The entire property smelled like marijuana. Additionally most public areas were in a state of disrepair.

It was I cleaning, smoke filled the hallways , hallway had water leaking from the ceiling, bedroom had multiple stains.

Staff was nice , even tho they where under a lot of pressure at the time due to a lot of guests

The rooms had things broke in them and the numbers on the elevator to let you know what floor your on was broke. It was like a run down ghetto hotel

It was ok, the price was really good but it was noisy to try to sleep

The staff was nice, the lady that checked us in was very nice, very helpful, she needs a raise.!!

I was really disappointed in the sausage and eggs for breakfast, we’re country folks and used to real food

We won't be going there again.

Breakfast was good, water in the bath was hot.

The hotel said that they didn't receive a reservation for me so I was charged again. The evening manager requested a tip for getting us a room since they hadn't received the reservation. I showed him the confirmation I got from you but he said it was a scam. There was a group of young people smoking and talking under our window until quite late.

Had an alright time, came in late, checked out early. Good for price.

Staff was friendly super friendly. The bed was super comfy and blankets were warm with the cold AC paired with it.

The top quilt had some fresh mess on it, almost like it wasn’t changed from the last guest or cleaners made a small mess, but it wasn’t terrible. A few things were also caked with dust which isn’t a great sign. The breakfast wasn’t the best either, and the whole time we could smell STRONG cigarette smoke, we don’t smoke so it was very off putting.

The room was clean.

Booked a king room, was given a double. The tubs faucet was leaking all night. The curtain wouldn't close so the parking lot light was shining in the room. The refrigerator was unplugged when we got there. Front desk staff had a very abrupt unfriendly manner.

The next time I travel to this area I will avoid this place.

The location was nice because it was close to everything I needed.

With this being a franchise hotel, everything in the rooms was very old. Carpet looked like something from the 70s and some parts of it was shredded. There was no microwave in the room. The coffee pot didn’t have the basket for placing coffee in. None of the furniture matched and one of the chairs was stained very bad. The bracket that hold the iron wasn’t connected, it was on the floor inside the closet. The bed was the worst. I’m not sure how old the mattress was but it was not on a box spring just the base which was made of wood. They put a strap on topper on it in hopes to make it feel better but that was an epic fail. I stayed 5 nights here and not once did anyone come to clean my room after telling me they would clean the room on the 3rd day and they never offered clean towels. The business center, fitness center and pool all had signs being closed. I’m sorry to have drove 8 hours to come to a somewhat remodeled hotel that bought all of its furniture at an discounted auction. If it wasn’t for the friendliness of the staff I would have gave this place 0 stars.
