Location, the room we booked has microwave and fridge, bed was firm which is what we liked. Adequate towels. Strong water pressure. Adequate storage.
Not very clean especially the floor. Hair in bathtub, toilet seat very worn, toilet doesn’t flush all the way unless you keep pressing it down, hallways smell bad, no coffee maker, no toiletries except for two small bars of soap. Had a king room but only had 3 pillows. Requested for one more pillow and was told that he’d check the laundry and will bring it to our room but never got it.
