the fact that we was giving a room on the floor with the construction then the room couldn’t had been clean no towels one hand towel and then to top it off there was food that was left in the fridge and microwave, then had to move to different room and it took 30 mins for staff to get back to put us in another room

I liked that it was a room to sleep in.

I didn't like the fact I couldn't get a late checkout, and breakfast was an additional charge even when I was billed 211$ for my 186$ room.

I didn't eat the breakfast but my husband did and he was very impressed.

A different door on the bathroom. Barnyard door is not very private. The bathroom was short on toilet paper and there was no body wash in the shower, I had to use shampoo. The toilet was way to low for older people and tall ones like my husband.

the pool water was cold , the pool room was cold , pillows were hard , heat in room didn’t work and paid extra for breakfast because it advertised a breakfast buffet and they didn’t have one . also work trucks parked outside our window and let them run for at least a half hour at 5 am and woke everyone up . I ended up checking out a day early because it wasn’t as advertised and couldn’t get any sleep and staff never asked why Or offered any kind of refund and didn’t seem to care . then the bathroom has a sliding door . Why ?

The extremely loud construction all day until 5 pm and the dust coming down into the room No way to nap all day every day Fire alarm going off then just removed it from my room instead of fixing the possible Food left in room, thick dust Trying to get my sick and disabled mother and father to pack everything to switch rooms when they can't because they wouldn't refund partial costs Something new wrong every day

no hot tub, shower wouldn’t drain, toilet wouldn’t flush, booked a king room and they gave me two queens anyway

Our stay here was so comfortable, clean, and of course as a plus a great value!! newly renovated, top notch amenities and a awesome restaurant steps away from the lobby. Personnel were very polite and accommodating!! Highly recommend!!!!

The room was clean. The shower was very nice. The shower had high pressure and lots of hot water. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy.

The parking situation is not good. We had to park around the building because there are not many spots near the entrance. If you park in the back of the building, you have to walk around to the front because there is not an accessible entrance in the back, not even with the key card. I also did not like that the heavy curtains do not close in my room. Only sheer curtains cover the window with drapes on the side. The drapes do not close, because I assume they would cover the heating/ cooling unit in room. I felt like there was not enough privacy in the room and the bright lights shone in the room at night.

The property is getting run down and didn’t feel fresh and clean. It is in need of updating.
