Location and cleanliness
Bed was hard and night clerk was constantly in office watching videos loudly and I couldn’t get her attention

I liked the comfort of the bed.
They ran out of pillows so those that had to sleep on sofa bed didn’t have pillows or blankets. Should keep those extras in the room for the sofa bed. No matter where you walked it smelled like weed. Kids were loud as well.
