BETTER THAN EXPECTED COMPARED TO THE DORADO ATLANTIC CITY STAY.

THE DAILY BREAKFAST WASA HOME RUN! CLEANLINESS WAS SUPERB AND SERVICE QUALITY WAS EXCELLENT!

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast place is very good and the food was good also.

Needs some improvements and take Viera out of location description.

Staff at check in was nice. Bed was comfortable. T.V worked well.

Room was not in Viera as described in name. The a/c was noisy and loud and kept us awake all night. The room was dirty including stained sheets and bathroom toilet. The elevator carpet was dirty also. The credit card machine would't work at check -in and took many tries by the staff to get it pushed in "just right". Only one very small shampoo and conditioner for two people.

Location

The pool was shared with another property/misled on the amenities. One day the towels refreshed were thrown in the bathroom and the trash cans were left randomly without a trash liner in either one.

the parking was behind the property & didn’t see a side door to enter from the parking area.

Clean, Comfortable, Affordable & Dog Friendly!

Convenient location near I 95, also within 15-20 minutes to downtown Melbourne and the beach. the King bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The refrigerator in the room was a nice mid size, not too small. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Also dog friendly , we had our dog with us, and the up charge was only $ 20.

Not really many complaints! The floors were hard laminate , no carpet. which is understandable in a dog friendly room in order to keep clean. , just would have liked a floor mat or two. The breakfast was adequate, Eggs were salty.

a bit dirty- I would not and dud not walk on the floor because it was sticky and clearly dirty

Excellent location, great facilities - a very good choice for a long trip to Melbourne

Breakfast was good. Laundry facilities, gym, internet all very good. Lots of parking and very convenient location for getting on the highway.

Close proximity to the door so my husband didn't have to walk far

The price was too high. They offer military discount but because we didn't book directly we weren't eligible.

Disappointing.

Rooms appeared to be clean.

It was 38 degrees outside so we adjusted thermostat to 78 degrees in room, however approx once per hour it would start blowing cold air. To temporarily correct this we had to turn it off, then back on each time. Needless to say we did not sleep well.

Nice and clean hotel. Very poor management. Safety was lacking as the exterior doors stayed unlocked

The location was good. Staff was friendly at the desk. The room was quiet. There was a microwave.

Harsh, exterior white lighting. Felt like you are entering an institution. Very overly. The manager, Alyssa, did not call me back after leaving 3 messages for her to do so. My husband left a very important bag there with urgent medical supplies. I needed to speak with her about the shipment back to us. She ignored my messages. My husband had to drive 2 hours from home back to the hotel the next day to physically pick up the bag himself. Very bad reflection of the management there.

POOR ALL AROUND

The front desk clerk quit and someone who didn’t even work there was a stand in. At breakfast was told that pork sausages were beef when asked twice after told that I can’t eat pork and another worker ended up overhearing and telling me the truth. The elevator stopped working during breakfast. Heat was not regulated in the room, kept getting extremely hot, then cold again and it was freezing outside and the room had a light, musky, unclean smell.

Beach was far away. Conection without car was very difficult.
