Place is a nightmare

Horrible staff …..add random charges to your card nobody can explain what they are for impossible to get your money back this happened to several co-workers as well don’t recommend anyone to stay here bunch of crooks

Nice place to enjoy a little relaxation

The staff was amazing and efficient the checking in step took less than 5 minutes.

No smart TVs and some of the facilities were down but that was because of reconstruction so it wasn't too big of a deal.

We received many e-mails confirming our reservations; it is an 8+ hr drive from our home to Louisville so we left home by 8am on Feb 14th. Later that morning, our hired hand (checking mail & phone msgs for us) advised that there was a msg from MainStay Suites advising that they were unable to accommodate our reservation at that time & to call back. Our thinking was that if they were not able to accommodate us, what was the point of calling back! We should have been advised of that very impt information before the day of our reservation! We continued to Louisville & made other motel/hotel arrangements for the duration of our trip.

Very good

The front desk was extremely friendly and efficient. It is very easy to locate and has a cluster of places to eat across the street.

The room felt a little dark. There was a dirty dish and the top of the fridge was kind of dirty but it was high enough that I wouldn't have known if not sharing the room with someone taller (the rest of the room seemed clean enough and the bathroom was clean)

The place was so nasty my room was terrible had to wipe it down before I touched anything floors was so dirty and stained up and was supposed to get breakfast and gave bags with stuff in them won't stay there again

Staff was super sweet and more than accommodating. She made sure I was comfortable and felt safe and showed me multiple rooms and let me pick what I wanted.

Most the carpets and chairs were beyond stained and just dingy. Most the furniture was ripped up. Just super outdated and needs fixed.

Never going back there.

Staff nice.

Carpet filthy in hall. Toilet not cleaned and trash not emptied from previous guest. Queen bed with only one pillow for two guests. No shampoo in bath. Grab and go breakfast bad. Did not tell us rooms not serviced daily. Toilet ran incessantly. When reported, told nothing could be done on a Saturday. Could not find our reservation on arrival but I had called and confirmed before trip.

It was run down and the carpets were stained and dirty looking. The first room they sent us to was possibly occupied…opened the door and tv was on, bed unmade, towel in floor…needless to say closed door immediately and went back to lobby. Manager upgraded us to a suite which I’m sure was very nice 10 years ago.

Booked for the AC

I booked this room because my daughter's AC went out in her apartment. So in that perspective, the room met my expectations. It wasn't a hot/death box.

The carpets in the hall are super nasty dirty. I'm not sure cleaning them would benefit. Replacing them is better. The Cabinets and dishwasher in the room were outdated but again, I wasn't there on Vacation I was there not to die of a heat stroke. So again...it met my expectations because the AC functioned
