I like that it has all the accommodations she could possibly need
I don’t like that I had a bunch of issues with checking in. Had me cancel my reservation (I had paid through a third-party but they wanted me to cancel it and do it straight through their system) to redo it, not realizing that it unfortunately locked that 300$ worth of money up for over a week and I had to pay using a whole other account and thank God, I had the money in another account because if i didn’t then I would’ve been screwed even though I had already paid for a reservation! And the best part is apparently they seemed to think that was my problem. The first lady I was dealing with was extremely nice. I had to leave because I was in a rush and I couldn’t finish dealing with what she was helping me with and when I come back, the lady that checked me in was pretty freaking mood basically called me a liar when I told her I’d already paid the $50 deposit earlier when the first lady tried to help me and I had to send screenshots of all these transactions to show her, I had already paid it

The location was perfect and made it easy for us to travel to the family events every day. The staff was always cheerful and helpful. The room was clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast provided a good variety of choices and food temperature was perfect.

Rooms smelled terrible-musty
Rooms were dirty
Toilet barely flushed
Shower took forever to drain so you were standing in inches of water
Pull out couch mattress was DISGUSTING!
Killed 2 large beetle bugs from under the dresser
Floors didnt look vacuumed- had crumbs/dirt on them
Swimming pool was gross.. had to use the skimmer to get junk/hair balls out of it
Overall I would never stay here again
