A very plain room. Basically, a bed in a box

Check in was interesting. The person behind the desk was excellent but had no way to know which room was ready. I was sent to 3 rooms before I landed a room that was clean. Her computer wasn’t upgraded to know clean rooms. Not her fault

Very clean hotel! Love the unlimited coffee in lobby.
My room beside elevators was somewhat noisy and getting on internet was tricky (still not sure if this was included in the booked rate or not?). I guess it if only free if you sign up for Hilton membership.

Great hotel with lots of updated features! Easy check in, room was clean and updated. Love the wide range of channels on the tv along with Netflix!

They gave us a room beside the mechanical room (109) that was very noisy and we felt a lot of vibration in our room when we wanted to sleep and we had a very bad night after a long drive. Morning when I told that to reception, she didn’t want to even apologize or say sorry she was very rude and that didn’t know anything about customer service. We got a hold of manager and she apologized for our inconvenience.

Beautiful modern hotel with lots of smart designs for travellers. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to many places in Louisville.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff were below par, we had to recheck in two times.

No wash cloth and TV did not work, moved to another room and that tv had no volume.

Had some miscommunications and reservation got canceled. Danielle, Sasha, and Debbie corrected the issue without delay. Have a room reserved on our trip going back

Very clean, great breakfast, comfy bed, great shower amenities, and the most friendly and helpful staff! The lounge is comfortable and welcoming. Easy check in process and we loved the guest messaging service if we needed anything.

Staff was super friendly, easy to check in, had a variety of breakfast items available that were all delicious. Room was super clean, and as was the hotel. It gave such a welcoming vibe which was nice. I definitely recommend staying here, we will be back!

Convenient to restaurants, interstates, very clean. Staff friendly and accommodating to all of our requests. Very nice continental breakfast. Comfortable beds.

The walls are thin, so the screaming kid across the hall who was not ready to go to sleep until after 3 am was very annoying. The pet fee was $75, and was not advertised. But the hotel is new, clean, and the staff was very friendly.

The decor was very open and upbeat. The Staff were great to work with. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was a little smaller than expected and there was no place to unpack your clothes (no dresser), but it was very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Everyone from the housekeepers, the breakfast staff and the front desk were just polite warm and welcoming. If in the area in the future we will definitely stay there.

The good... The bed and pillows were comfortable and the sheets were maybe the softest sheets I ever slept on. The bad.... I was on the 4th floor and the water pressure in the shower was very disappointing. Very weak and whimpy water pressure.

Great experience at this hotel. Hotel seems brand new and is bright and inviting. Staff is extremely friendly. Work out room is nice. Breakfast is good. Convenient location to restaurants and highway.

In town for tournament- not far of drive to expo. Good prices. Clean easy to get in and out of. Definitely staying there again. I must also mention the lady at the front desk was amazing. She took care of everyone and everything. Kind as could be. Deserves a raise !!!
