My kids wanted to swim in the morning before checkout and the pool didn’t open until noon that day for some reason : (

The overall look appearance of the room. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was on the first floor and close to a door for easier loading/unloading our belongings.
The bathroom was incredibly small and cramped. The door BARELY closed due to the placement of the toilet and larger walk-in shower. The room was fairly clean, but the bathroom had human and pet hairs stuck to the corners and dirty spots that were missed by housekeeping. No exhaust fan.
The pull out mattress was extremely flat and uncomfortable.
Overall, it needed a good scrubbing. Everything was shabby. The prices on amenities were astronomical ($5 for a 24-oz bottle of water and $8 for a small cup of knock-off Dip 'n Dots ice cream). The pool area needed to be restocked with towels. This hotel seemed overall like a forgotten property.
