Personable staff, great customer service…..especially the lady working the breakfast buffet on Saturday morning 7-10am, on August 29, 2026.
Our room toilet would not flush on first attempt every time. Sometimes we had to flush it 3 times…it was terrible actually.

This was in a great location with easy in/out access. The parking was great as it was on-site and free. The room was clean and comfortable.
The toilet had very little flush in it. Not sure if the upper tank was adjusted wrong, but not much water came out of it. It would usually take five or six flushes to properly get everything down; no matter if it was a #1 or #2.
The shower wouldn't properly work either. When pulling up the lever to turn on the shower, it wouldn't go all the way up to shut off the flow to the faucet to divert to shower. Shower would have low flow at that point.

Maintained facilities considering is a bit dated. Great job.
Just need to make sure your coffee is full and not empty for 2 days and your breakfast staff needs to keep up. We waited 20 mins for food and Buffett was empty. We ended up leaving for ihop down the street. And mind you, you charged us for breakfast for both days and we didn’t get to eat there.
A bit of service issue.
Easily fixed. You got the hard part done right but to have empty coffee urns for 2 consecutive days is inexcusable. Your breakfast needs a good manager.

Breakfast was good, staff very helpful.
The bathtub was slick, no handles to hold onto, for an older person it's a fall hazard,water pressure was very low, liked the soap dispenser, very handy
