The room was very comfy and big, but I wish it had had a bathtub in the bathroom.
There were a lot of children on the hall and across from my room and they were really loud.

Beds were very comfortable. Staff friendly and appreciated being able to get into the room early to change for a wedding.
Did not like to pay extra for parking. Bathroom hot water handle was hard to turn off. Mold in shower caulking.

Really cold front desk service. I arrived a little early, around 3:15 pm, to check in and was flat-out denied check-in before 4 pm. Came back around 3:45 pm and people in lines already been checked in before 4 pm. Why make contradictory rules for different people checking into the same hotel at the same time? Really disappointed with the service. I observed the bias towards certain customers. Did not want to cause a scene because that is below me, but would not recommend anyone stay here if you are paying good money and are treated this way. I would take my business elsewhere.
