Wonderful stay. Less than 5 min drive and easy 20min walk to Bar Harbor. We were a family with three teens. Amazing hotel. Beautiful water views, a pool and a hot tub with a view and fresh forest strawberries growing by the pool, beautiful dining room and tasty breakfast and a view of the ocean, rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The hotel is minutes drive from the entrance to Acadia National park where you can take a shuttle and see all the famous spots including Thunder Hole and more. The hotel feels like a resort, what’s not to like. We even saw the former First Lady Hillary; she was officiating a wedding there.

Beautiful, remodeled room. Cleanest room I have ever been to in a hotel. Absolutely loved it.

Was very pricey but I think that was expected for being in Bar Harbor

The in-room fridge, the microwave available for guests, and the laundry facilities make the hotel very convenient, especially for longer stays.

Maybe because I booked through Booking.com, we were given what was probably one of the worst rooms in the hotel. It was located close to the staff facilities, was quite noisy, and had a noticeable humidity problem.
