Room was very elegant and comfortable and location was perfect! Short drive to the Main Street of Bar Harbor and very easy getting to Acadia NP.

Over all this hotel was amazing. Great views, great room, staff was very nice and a helpful.

The first night we didn't have any hot water in our room so showering was not enjoyable. This seemed to just be a flook as the second night the shower was fantastic!!

Ate elsewhere due to price.

Website did not say shuttle was seasonal. It stopped the day before check-in when fall foliage crowds were abundant and your pricing had not yet changed to off season.

6 / 10Average·Oct 2026

The location was close to Acadia and downtown Bar Harbor. The hotel offered a shuttle to downtown.

They overbooked the hotel and wanted to send us to their "sister hotel down the street." The room I booked was not what I got and they refused to change our room or credit us for the lesser we received. I was charged for someone else's bar/restaurant bill. It was charged to MY room and they wouldn't even respond to my communications. I had to cancel my card.
