Good location large room great balcony overlooking the bay

Poor quality bed and mattress. Heating system is antiquated. No proper thermostat to control climate

The staff was nice, the view great. We had a hard time getting in our room and the hospitality person, I think their name was TeeJay, was very helpful. Breakfast at the Overlook was nice.

The price was not worth the room. As it was double then what we would usually pay, we thought we were going to the fanciest hotel ever and this was a 50 year old hotel, not within walking distance of town, and adequate room. No table to sit at to eat, the coffee area was small. Coffee was not great and the to go cups lids broke when you went to put them on. We never went to the piano bar but it did not look like our kind of place.
