Traumhotel am Strip

Eines der schönsten und modernsten Hotels am Strip. Top Lage. Große Zimmer. Eingangsbereich und Casino ein Wahnsinn. Poolbereich sehr empfehlenswert. Fitnesstudio sehr modern und toll ausgestattet. Viele möglichkeiten zum Essen.

Vielleicht für Frauen relevant, nur fester Duschkopf in der Dusche. Nasse Haare vorprogramiert ;-) Im Poolbereich wenig Sonnenschirme.

Overall, nice hotel but underwhelming experience

The hotel itself was lovely, the room was really nice & comfortable with a great view of the strip! It was in a good location too!

Upon check in, we couldn’t get the room we had paid for, but we’re told told we could the following day. When we asked the following day, again we were told they may not have the room we paid for. When asked why this is, we were told that ‘the hotel over books, on the expectation people don’t turn up’. This was incredibly disappointing to hear and also not our fault, we had paid more than we usually would as we had flown out to get married, but it felt like we were an inconvenience to the hotel. Eventually the correct room was found, but no apology and we had the hassle of then moving all our stuff to another room. Secondly, now we weren’t expecting the red carpet rolling out but we had made it clear on the booking and on arrival that we were there to get married and to celebrate this special occasion. There was no acknowledgment from the staff, no congratulations or anything. We never expect stuff for free or anything, but for a more ‘upmarket’ hotel, we maybe thought that something may have been done or even a congratulations, but there was nothing. We made the member of staff aware upon checking out and in fairness, they did end up refunding the resort fees which was a nice gesture

High value for nothing

Only the location

The mini-bar does not work, and the quality of the bedding is poor compared to a five-star hotel. The value for services is exaggerated, and I was given a connected room, knowing that I am a single traveler and not with a family, and this is a bad thing, as if they do not care about your comfort.

I would recommend friends to stay at the Aria hotel.

Room was clean and love the view. I like the design of the bathroom and was spacious with two sinks.

Wonderful stay. Lively and classy

Beautiful property and rooms. Great restaurants. The cost of food, drinks and even water was ridiculously high. Unlike any other placenin the world or other time experienced in Vegas.

Ease of access to everything isn’t cheap

In the middle of the strip and has some of the better restaurants on site. Tram to ride to other MGM properties is so convenient.

Ac in room 16-274 was trash. The room was hot all 4 days. Tried to view the city from our room but the exterior of the windows looks like they have never been cleaned since installation.

The stay was ok, but the minibar is a scam.

The room was good. Location fairly central to everything.

You charged me for mini bar I didn't use because some of the drinks moved but were replaced. When we told you about it you didnt rectify and check straight away, but waited until we left before denying a refund.

Top Lage am Strip - kostenloses Upgrade auf obersten Stock mit Blick auf Strip

Wie fast überall in USA schreckliche Duschen. Kein Druck und undichte Kabinen. Insbesondere Bad war nicht ordentlich geputzt über all an den Armaturen schlieren. Bei 5 Sterne darf sowas nicht vorkommen. Pool schließt wie anscheinend ortsüblich bereits um 17 Uhr. Damit nicht nutzbar und ohne Bewertung.

Had a great time in Vegas, but our accommodation was very disappointing.

Location wise I don't think you can beat this Hotel. The casino is very good with lots of good bars.

This is my 3rd or 4th stay at the ARIA but was my worst so far. Found a packet of opened salmon in our fridge which I can only assume was left by previous guest. Room failed to get cleaned and when I phoned to speak to staff was simply told yea sorry about that we had a lot of checkouts......not sure what that has to do with me. Fridge was not restocked once in our 6 day stay. I am due to come back here in July with 4 other guests but I am now considering cancelling and booking a different Hotel.

Classic Vegas stay with a big price tag on a spring Saturday night

Typical huge Vegas resort. Room was clean though outdated and not has fun as the Cosmo or the Wynn.

My room wasn’t ready when I checked in at 1pm whereas everyone else’s rooms were ready at that time. They found me a room fairly quickly but it seemed like maybe the booking.com booked rooms didn’t get matched ahead of time properly. Also I paid over $500 for one night in a king room. Was it worth it? Probably not.

Decepcionados.

El hotel es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado.

Las habitaciones olían mal y la limpieza diaria era fatal. La atención y el servicio del personal muy malo, y en general nos sentimos muy desatendidos. Éramos un grupo de 14 personas en 7 habitaciones y todos coincidimos en la deficiente relación precio-calidad. Los elevadores son pocos para la capacidad y dimensiones del hotel. En general no fue una estancia de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Nunca volveríamos, ni lo recomendamos.

The restaurants

Everywhere smelled like cigar, which was very disgusting. The hotel is like a huge human puzzle to trap people inside. Check in took a century.

Decent

The property was pretty and clean.

Prada glasses were stolen by house keeping and they came into our room when we did not have a service light on. We filed a claim and they never got back to us.

Un établissement d'une qualité (équipement propreté, design) exceptionnelle !

Un établissement d'un design remarquable de bout en bout (aussi bien extérieur que intérieur). Des chambres TRES grand comfort avec un équipement au top. Une expérience que je referai lors de mon prochain passage à Las Vegas.

Un établissement immense, mais qui malgré sa dimension, reste pratique car il est géographiquement situé sure le milieu du Strip, et très proche de toutes les principales attractions de Las Vegas sur le Strip. Un établissement exceptionnel !

Hotel am Strip

Ein neues, gut ausgestattetes Hotel, mir prima Lage neben dem Strip. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade in eine Suite im Sky Tower. Tolles Zimmer.

Nur 2 Kaffeekapseln! Wir haben Frühstück aufs Zimmer bestellt und alles war in Plastik und Pappe. Valet Parken nur mit Automat, keine Menschen mehr mit denen man reden kann. Ist das die Zukunft?

Amazing Hotel: Highly Recommend

ARIA is a really nice resort. The presentation and atmosphere were absolutely amazing. There’s also tons of restaurants and attractions within. It’s also nice that it was connected to two other hotels. I would highly recommend. The room itself was really nice and comfortable! You could order room service as well as adjust the curtains and lights with a tab in the room.

The only issue I had was the tablet in the room didn’t work for majority of the stay. I didn’t care too much to report it.

Good location. Great restaurants. Friendly staff.

Hotel needs to be updated. Lighten the carpets, walls, halls. The hotel is overall dark.

Amazing hotel

Loved my room, the gym and the restaurants at the hotel. Professional, clean and staff extremely helpful, happy and kind.

Loudness due to the casino plus smoking being allowed. (I am not used to smoking being allowed indoors)

Closer to 3 star than 5 star. Rooms old and not in working order. Staff are rude and no follow up

Not alot - everything fell short of expectations

Room wasn't serviced and even after follow up, it still wasn't serviced. Lights and tv flickering. Electronic curtains didn't work, Privacy light didn't work. Required follow up every day

Lovely hotel with great amenities the location is great for the strip. Would stay here again.

Beds very comfy, great views, lovely big bath and great location.

Arrived at 2.45pm with all of our suitcases, we told no room available yet but we could upgrade for an extra $100 per night. We rejected this offer & received txt 2 minutes later saying room was ready, felt like this was a ploy to get more money out of us.
