I enjoyed my stay and your staff was awesome. My initial impression started at the front desk with Brandi and continued with Kathy (?) who worked the breakfast area. She was very kind and attentive to my elderly relatives. I also have to include the desk clerk whose name escapes me he happily took on maintenance duties when asked. There is not one person I meet at this property who was not kind or at least smile when encountered. Please consider yourself lucky to have a staff that care about their job and tend to enjoy what they do.
The tubs could use a good scouring and the door magnetic stripes locked me out several times. However, the staff apologized and gave me access.

The breakfast was ok but could have been hotter
We've stay at Holiday Inn Express a lot! Spent 9 nights at one in NC back in July. This one in Byram Ms just didn't meet the Holiday Inn standards
