Very convenient location right off I-15 though I didn't notice much road noise at night. Of course, Nephi isn't a large town so everything is pretty close. Check-in was smooth and plenty of parking was available, even if you were towing a trailer (saw one in the lot). Room adequately sized for what I need, mini fridge and microwave are always appreciated and bed was comfortable. Price was very nice.
Wish I could've had a ground-floor room; had to make a number of trips to off-load and load vehicle.

Breakfast is included in the price
It’s very very small, but I wish there had been raisin bran for breakfast. I am thankful for the waffles, but not everybody eats the sugary sugary cereal.

Room wasn’t that clean. Bath tub was dirty . Breakfast was very light on choices
