Enjoyable and quiet

Room was very comfortable, bed was great. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel that includes breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

Convenient but in need of major updates.

The location was perfect! Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms themselves could use a lot of updating.

The hotel and room felt very worn and outdated. Even the breakfast area felt was very outdated and old feeling.

Lovely place to stay

Great location, close enough to walk around Providence. Quick lifts. Lovely room. Great breakfast options - coffee, juices, waffles, eggs, cereals, fresh fruit.

Very nice Hampton Inn. Good breakfast, nice room and staff.

Front door should be easier to find. went around the building several times the 1st time.

You get the benefit of an old style building with modern amenities and great downtown location!!

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Instead of choosing valet parking we parked around the corner via the valet's suggestion at a lot which was more convenient for us. After we checked out but before picking up our car for the day we were allowed to use the locked lobby restroom. (Thanks guys!! Much appreciated!) The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was convenient and satisfactory. As we mostly walked around the city we found that the hotel's location was fantastic.

Our room had a view of the parking structure next door. Not a problem - just not pleasant.

Great location if you’re going to the WaterFire Event!

Location. The included breakfast was handy and decent.

The only negative was the bed was a little too soft for our liking

Location, wide and clean room

Room was bigger than I expected. Clean. There was a microwave, coffee machine, and small sink (kitchen area) besides bathroom sink in the room and it was very convenient.

Valet parking was $30/night and I think it is pricy compared to the location. They can suggest better option.

Superb

I checked in early and was still very well arranged. The front desk was very hospitable. The room was very large and there were plenty of towels. Distance from the bus transfer station is very close, the city traffic can be solved by bus, very convenient.
