It was in a quieter area that seemed like low crime.
We did not have hot water on the first day and the second day it was still not getting hot enough just slightly warm.

Clean, friendly staff. Couldn’t hear our neighbors at all.
The breakfast was not great. The eggs are powdered and have water added to them. Absolutely no taste to the eggs. Even salt and pepper didn’t help. Also the keurig machine in the room worked great but the coffee tasted so bad like metal and bitterness. The pool is super small. I’ve seen bigger above ground pools in my neighborhood. It only goes up to 4 feet. The room service isn’t open all day, no. They start room service at 5 pm. Ridiculous. I always thought the Hilton would be fancy and high quality. This was my first time in a Hilton. Unfortunately it wasn’t much better than the Holiday Inns I usually stay at. Not worth the money.

Beds were comfortable
I booked in advance and asked to be on first or second floor. Checked in manually at front desk, the computers were down. To my surprise, we were put on the top floor.
